I'm going to try and and keep a journal of my weekly journey to Potter's Mission in the downtown east side of Vancouver. My purpose is to bring awareness of the suffering of our neighbors, and to document the change that I hope to see in myself and in this community.
This will be simply a journal in which I hope to present an authentic presentation of my naivety, mistakes, struggles, joys, dreams and triumphs in engaging with a hurting, and most times, seemingly hopeless sector of our population.
